1. Please Note: Orders must be placed no later than two weeks prior to Saturday arrival. All orders placed after that date, must be called into Julies Rentals at 910-579-1211. If you are placing an order for pick up or for an off island delivery please call before doing so. All deliveries for other than Sunset Beach Island will have an extra delivery charge. There will be no refunds given for the fuel service charge applied to these types of orders. Any order, or part of an order, cancelled after order has been placed and captured will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
2. Full payment due upon placing order.
3. The management is not responsible for accident or injury.
4. Only one person on the equipment at a time unless equipped otherwise.
5. Do not leave equipment unattended.
6. No riding of bicycles in the surf or inlets.
7. No weather checks and no refunds.
8. Equipment must be returned in operable condition.
9. At end of rental, all linens must be placed in the green laundry bag(s) provided and the bag(s) left underneath the house when leaving.
